  • Expedited Shipping: Available at an additional cost. Typically takes 1-2 business days.

3. International Shipping: We ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and times vary based on the destination. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

4. Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's progress.

5. Shipping Carriers: We use USPS, UPS, DHL and Lasership for our deliveries. If you prefer or need a specific carrier, please contact us before placing your order.

6. Address Changes & Corrections: Please ensure your address is correct before finalizing your order. If you need to make changes after your order has been placed, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages: For those who opt for MonkProtect insurance with their order, we offer a hassle-free solution. If your claim with MonkProtect is approved, we will automatically reship the items from your order without requiring you to deal with the carrier service. However, please note that if you do not choose MonkProtect insurance, we are not liable for non-delivered or damaged items.
